Olympic Way公寓楼是理想的选择之一。此楼建于2016年8月，共18层，只有一栋，楼内有三座电梯。最多的房型是10人套间、小部分是7-8人套间，有无障碍Studio和Studio。密德萨斯大学Hendon校区的学生可以步行或乘巴士前往，位置有利于学生获得更多实践时间。公寓不提供生活用品，学生可以自行准备齐全，或者只准备必需品，在公寓附近有购物中心便于采购，可以免费享受财产保险，配有24小时安保、紧急联系中心、MyUnite app报修等服务，并且有24小时前台服务，洗衣房、自行车存放处以及自动售卖机。

No Visa No Pay:如签证申请被拒，可免费取消预订No Place No Pay:如未获得所申请大学的入学资格，可免费取消预订COVID-19取消政策:For clarity we have agreed the following in addition to the normal policy:· No Visa No Pay: if a student’s visa application is rejected or if the UK university application is rejected, the student needs to send the rejection letter to Unite, within 7 days of receiving it, and before the tenancy start date. The letter must include a date and the student’s name. On production of this the student will be released from their tenancy. The T&Cs for these policies can be found on Unite Students website.· Visa processing delay: If a student cannot get a visa on time to come to the UK and wishes to cancel their booking with Unite, but is unable to provide a proof that the visa cannot be issued: the student must contact Unite Students, or the agency who helped process the booking. Unite Students will support the students on a case by case basis. · University / School intake delayed: if the start date of a course has been postponed to a later date, the student can provide evidence showing the new start date, then Unite will delay the tenancy start date to suit the new start date of the course. The student will only be liable for the rent from this new start date.· Travel Ban: if there is a travel ban either in the student’s country of origin, or in the UK, preventing students from traveling as planned: students affected by the ban can contact Unite Students or the agency who helped with the booking. Unite Students will delay the tenancy start date until the end of the travel ban. The student will only be liable for the rent from this new start date.· Early leave request: We are also aware that some students may want to leave the UK and return to China / to their home country over the coming weeks.If a student decides to leave early then just to confirm that our early leave policy will be enforced.That means they will be liable to pay the remainder of their tenancy unless they can find someone to take it over for the remainder of the term.These policies apply for both Unite & Liberty bookings.-------------------------------------------------------------------------We can guarantee for all the students who are due to move in between now and summer: If a student provides a medical certificate confirming they are infecting with the virus and therefore unable to come to the UK, or a letter from their UK university confirming they are not joining their course, we will cancel their booking; - The medical certificate must be provided within 7 days after being issued, and the certificate must be provided before the tenancy start date. - We wouldn’t be able to cancel a booking after the check-in date; if a student doesn’t inform us before the tenancy start date, they would remain liable for the rent. Regarding the bookings for 2020-2021: If a student is affected by the virus these coming Months and cannot come to the UK in September, we can apply our usual cancellation policy under No Place No Pay. The student will need to provide a medical certificate and a letter from the UK university confirming they will not enrol in their course, and we will cancel their booking.

付房租的截止日是什么时候？
通常是预定学年的8月1日，请登录Unite Students的Account，进入Booking页面，点击Tenancy agreement文件。文件中在YOUR PAYMENT SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN部分可以找到交房租的截止日和对应的房租金额。【DATE】为支付房租截止日（格式为日/月/年）【AMOUNT】为需要支付房租的金额
热门城市预订的健康检查有哪些？
请注意，为了创造公平良好的住宿环境，Unite Students旗下公寓将在预订几周后对已预订的同学进行3次抽样检查。抽检方式包括电子邮件和电话联系。此外，学生需要准备大学录取通知书或大学门户网站的屏幕截图作为材料，以确认已完成申请流程。对于少数学生，公寓可能会与其就读大学核实学生信息的真实性。如果学生无法回应3次联系或无法联系到学生，公寓将标记该预定为存疑订单并可能取消该预订。建议在申请公寓过程中密切留意和检查提供的电话和邮箱信息，如有问题，请及时联系顾问老师。
预订时候支付的advance rent是押金吗？如何退还？
Advance Rent是为了预防房租问题而设立的，可以作为定金使用。当您顺利入住后，Advance Rent会用于抵扣房租，不会退还给您。
如何缴纳房租？
公寓支付房租分为2种方式，在线支付或者银行电汇 1.在线支付登录Unite Students的Account，选择Payments页面，在对话框中填写房租金额，点击Pay按钮，输入支付卡片的信息。英国储蓄卡选择Debit卡种（Billing address改为英国地址），中国信用卡选择Credit卡种（Billing address保持国内地址）。 2.银行电汇登录Unite Students的Account，进入Booking页面，下载Bank Transfer Info文件。提前和银行沟通，携带所需材料到银行柜台或者自助汇款机进行汇款。在汇款附言中填写个人预定信息（参考bank_transfer_info文件的要求）。请在截止日前1-2周进行电汇，以确保资金能按时到账。由于银行会收取跨境支付手续费，请支付所需房租+手续费，确保足额到账。
我的checkin时间与我的预约时间（check in slot）是否一致，以及非工作时间是否可以办理入住？
如果你是在同一天到达，但是迟到了一些时间，无论是几十分钟还是几个小时，你可以在前台等待。等待员工完成其他客人的预约后，他们会为你提供服务。如果你是在非当天到达，请在Unite APP的check-in summary中点击“Edit”，然后选择适合你的新入住时间。在公寓的入口处或前台醒目位置，也会提供紧急联系方式。你可以打电话给公寓的紧急控制中心（英国电话）03003031611，他们会协调员工前来提供帮助。
我预订时享有特别折扣，如何兑现呢？
请查阅预订时公寓提供的活动规定，并按照规定与公寓配合。
支付多少金额即可?
请根据您的支付方式来决定支付的金额，但请确保您支付的房租金额和公寓所要求的金额是一致的。如果使用国际银行汇款，请确保支付的金额包括房租和手续费，以确保款项足额到账，避免欠款的发生。
入住办理时间
可以在合同租期开始当天立即办理入住手续，如果在非工作时间到达公寓，请提前通知公寓以便安排入住。
我能选室友吗？

如何领取门卡？
在完成前台check in后，可以在公寓前台获取门卡
可以提前入住吗？
如果您需要提前入住，请与您的顾问老师联系。如果公寓有可供提前入住的空房，并且您同意支付额外的房租，我们会为您安排
可以请他人代领门卡吗？
门卡只能自己领取，出于安全考虑不可转借。
我需要缴纳地方税款吗？
如果你是全日制学生且符合条件，你将不需要支付地税。你需要向住所提供证明你的全日制学生身份的文件。
如果我到达的时候前台没有人怎么办？
公寓进门地方或前台醒目处，有紧急联系方式提供。可以拨打该联系方式。或拨打公寓紧急控制中心电话（英国电话）03003031611，协调员工提供帮助。
如果与我的约定输入时间不一致，我该怎么办如果我可能会迟到？
如果你晚到了几十分钟到几个小时，可以在前台等一下，员工处理完其他预约后会为你提供服务。如果不是当天到达，打开公寓APP的check in summarty，点击"Edit"，选择适合你的新入住时间。
可以在公寓内养宠物吗？
公寓禁止养宠物。
我需要维修，该怎么处理？

可以在房间内吸烟吗？
公寓禁止吸烟，配备烟雾报警器。吸烟请咨询前台，了解吸烟区域。
